Zena Rashid has over 35 years of service across diverse industry and education sectors. She focuses on educational innovation and equity, embedding inclusive, active, and collaborative pedagogies that support diverse learners.
Zena served as the Lead Consultant for the SCALE-UPapproach at Nottingham Trent University (NTU), a signature pedagogy that transforms traditional teaching into dynamic, student-driven learning. She was also a key contributor to the Addressing Barriers to Student Outcomes Evaluation, a major institutional project.
