S5E5: Thanks so much for your support!
My name is Tanya MacIntyre. I'm a former broadcast journalist who packed up negative news and progressive addictions; And, then I finally decided to STOP BEING ANONYMOUS, and started speaking and writing publicly about my challenges to overcome addictions.
My professional focus is healing trauma and addictions. As a CBT Consultant (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), I devote myself to training, writing, and mentoring.
My husband, Lance, has lived through my addictions with me, and now lives with me in my recovery journey... and it's a journey! Lance's lived experience makes him an excellent addition to our business ~ offering empathy and peer support to family members.
We offer thoughtful conversation about a variety of topics from both ends of the recovery table.
We've created programs that are based on our successful lived experience to navigate the adversities of life without harmful substances & behaviours.
