S8E4 Formula A, For Better Mental Health
When it comes to managing my mental health, I love using the tools from CBT - Cognitive Behavioural Therapies.
There are countless tools to help manage the "waves of life." I notice that, when I can stay consistent & persistent in my efforts, the waves don't necessarily become any smoother - but I tend to navigate them better. I like to think I'm becoming an expert surfer!
In this vignette, I share a simple recipe I use every day to ensure I'm able to successfully surf those waves of life! I call this recipe my "Formula A" and it has 4 ingredients that help me boost my mood, alleviate anxiety, and prevent regrets.
Remember to talk to and treat yourself like you'd talk to and treat a good friend.
