About Stephanie Diaz:Stephanie is an RRCA (Road Runner’s Club of America) and McMillan Running certified running coach with over 10 years of running experience. Additionally, Stephanie is a yoga teacher with advanced certifications in yoga for athletes, Yoga For All, and Empowered Wisdom Yoga Nidra. Stephanie believes that to be a runner is to believe in your possibility as a human through movement. Her favorite running distance is the half marathon (13.1 miles/21 kilometers).

Hildee Weiss is a wife, mother, and grandmother whose work spans a wide range of topics—from soap operas and parenting to pregnancy loss and fitness. She published Forever Our Angels and Remembering Our Angels: Personal Stories of Healing From a Pregnancy Loss under the pen name Hannah Stone. She also contributed a patient’s perspective on pregnancy loss in Recurrent Pregnancy Loss, published by Springer in 2018. In July 2014, Hildee made the decision to prioritize her mental and physical health. She began working with her personal trainer and friend, Jeff Yannarell, and her life hasn’t been the same since. She continues to chronicle her running and fitness journey on her blog: youwantmetodowhat.home.blog.
