It's easier sometimes to avoid pain, to take the easy route and to stay firmly in our comfort zones. It's not always what's best for us though, nor the people we love in our lives. In this episode, Lucy hopes to make the point that in a lot of situations, pain is what we should aim for, because seeking out the sort of pain that means something is infinitely more valuable than the pain of holding back, of regret and of wishing you did more.
