Hello Hero Boys and Girls,

My best friend and I sat together—as we do every year—to reflect on the year gone by.

We can all agree that 2025 was a hard year: global conflicts, economic inflation, and a rapidly shifting job market made it feel like there was very little to be grateful for.

Yet, even in the midst of it all, we found some real gems we wanted to share with you. From meeting for the first time to building our separate businesses, from quitting jobs to traveling across countries, we stretched ourselves in ways we never imagined—and we’re incredibly proud of that growth.
