When I first met Jermaine she told me a secret. She'd invested $35,000 in courses and with marketing 'experts' to build her coaching business. With all that money invested, she hadn't got a single paying client. I coached her to become a 'secret agent of coaching' in her company. She now coaches her boss and her boss's boss. She's known as the go to coach in her organization.
