This week, on S7 E12 of The Anybody Can Do This, IT IS PLUNGE WEEK! We are just two days away from the Polar Plunge at Acisure Stadium on 2/25/23. To get ready for the big day, Neighbor and Ralph are joined by Paul Mularski Jr of Brainwaves Float Studio and Wellness Center to discuss all the health benefits around Cold Plunging, and the other wellness services offered at Brainwaves. Paul not only joins to discuss the benefits of contrast therapy, but also how Brainwaves evolved into a full wellness center. Before that, Neighbor and Ralph open up the show with their usual banter including a song, Ralph feeling fantastic for the first time in show history, and even challenge Pittsburgh legend Kurt Angle to a wrestling match. Its another hell of a ride.
