Time to grow up? YES. But not in that stiff, conformist way society pushes. I'm talking about the real kind of growing up - where we shed those teenage insecurities and all that unwillingness to acknowledge our real feelings & sensations, and we consciously choose to step into who we actually are.
No filters, no perfectionism, just raw truth.
Because let's be honest - those 'shiny happy people' videos? They're exhausting. And fake. This is me exploring what it means to be radiantly, messily real. Brain fog, age spots, and all. Because that's where the magic happens - when we stop pretending and start being.
