Welcome to season 7 friends!! I can't actually believe we're on to the 7th series but I am so excited. I've had a few weeks away from the podcast and am feeling so ready to get stuck back into it again:)

This week we're discussing questions like 'what are the barriers to open honesty?', 'is it easier for extroverts to be honest?' and 'how can we start honest conversations about men's mental health given toxic masculinity?'. I don't have all the answers but I hope this episode can be food for thought and hopefully inspire some genuine chats about mental health.
