Billy RIckards is a veteran 515 racer that helps others to get to the finish line as an amazing crew person.  He lives Aloha, Ohana, Kokua within the Ultra Fam.  As a person who has chosen to call Hawaii home; it only makes sense that he has a strong connection to the island values.
