This week on the pod I spoke to the brilliant Lowri Wilkie, a mindfulness and wellbeing coach who's also studying for a PhD in Psychology, about all things mindfulness! If you want to live more mindfully but don't know where to start then look no further, there are so many evidenced-based practices in this episode. I'll genuinely be taking so much away from this conversation and I hope that for anyone having a rough time at the min some of the techniques Lowri spoke about will really help you to manage stress and anxiety.
