Welcome to Love It or Leave It, in this episode I talk about how we can influence our own transitions. Perhaps you are at the point where you might be thinking, am I ready to leave where I currently work? What else am I looking for as we head into the last three months of the year? What do I want to achieve?   I am fascinated by what it takes to really help people move through transitions, and I'm driven to really help people make changes effectively, but also be the change for other people.
