Welcome to Love It or Leave It, in this episode I talk about how we can influence our own transitions. Perhaps you are at the point where you might be thinking, am I ready to leave where I currently work? What else am I looking for as we head into the last three months of the year? What do I want to achieve?

I am fascinated by what it takes to really help people move through transitions, and I'm driven to really help people make changes effectively, but also be the change for other people. This has inspired the new shop coming to Love It or Leave It starting from October 5th, where you will be able to find support through your transition, whatever form that may take.

Susana Velasco immediately knew she wanted to come on board and take the Changemaker certification. She has a history working in customer success, in a really busy startup, as well as being a professionally trained singer. She wanted to look at how to work in a way that really fulfilled her potential and allowed her to use her skills in customer success, but also with the professional vocal training, to really help people find their voice in the workplace and in their lives as well to be happier.
