This week I spoke to Remaya. A 16 year old from Birmingham, that recently set up an organisation in the name of A Product of My Environment (POME). The aim behind POME is to empower young black people in Birmingham and all across the UK. We spoke about the importance of empowering ourselves and then those around us, goal setting and how we should never wait for a specific time to achieve something.

Ria speaks to me about what it was like to set up a business during the pandemic and how she manages her business whilst also studying midwifery at university.
