It's almost time to wait in the pumpkin patch for the Great Pumpkin! I do love Halloween night - I think it's my favorite holiday of the year for sure.

Don't forget about Employee Development Day on Friday, October 29. This will be a whole day of sessions on wellness and well-being. I hope to see you in a session or two!

Hello again!

That little flash of cool weather was energizing! It was nice to have that reminder of the changing season. I think by the end of October we'll be able to dust off our favorite fall cardigans and take advantage of cooler days and nights to sit outdoors with a warm beverage.

You might have noticed a couple of things...first off, the Fellowcast has been dark for a bit. Please accept my apologies. I got a little tied up due to some shifts, and more items were added to my spinning plates act; second the newsletter is late!
