'Lisa' was a high-flyer who had been employed by a global conglomerate for many years. She describes her cultural heritage as BAME. She was surrounded by all the trappings of success including a company car & credit card. She had many other perks to match her position within the company. She met her husband at work and they have a young daughter.

Lisa's career came to an abrupt end after she was sacked for gross misconduct following an alcohol-fulled incident with two white girls at a company event. 

Her life has taken a three hundred and sixty degree turn now all the trappings of career success has gone. She now acknowledges that being a high-flying career woman meant she neglected her mummy and wife duties. She now enjoys many new activities including doing the school run for the first time, attending school events during the day, and cooking fresh food each day for her happy family. Her husband rushes home from work to see his wife.
