Today's discussion revolves around the gift of Sacred Anger the difference between suppressed and unexpressed emotional anger.  Anger has a purpose and God/Creator has given us the full range of emotions and they are informers, teachers and when we listen and embrace, we can take action that is for our Divine Highest Good.  Anger has a purpose, it isn't to be suppressed, neglected or shut off.  It is the Righteousness of God.

May you experience Sacred Anger that informs and drives you to do right in this world.
