Today's discussion revolves around the gift of Sacred Anger the difference between suppressed and unexpressed emotional anger.  Anger has a purpose and God/Creator has given us the full range of emotions and they are informers, teachers and when we listen and embrace, we can take action that is for our Divine Highest Good.  Anger has a purpose, it isn't to be suppressed, neglected or shut off.  It is the Righteousness of God.

May you experience Sacred Anger that informs and drives you to do right in this world.

Today's discussion is about how to be emotionally resilient, and what our Spiritual Journey does to help us to move through all those feelings that have stopped us in our human journey.  With a douce of humility and truth telling, I speak about how anger is stored in the body and how I experienced this hurdle and how I moved through it.

I pray this inspires others to face their emotions even if it takes some time.  Be patient, loving and compassionate to yourself and you will see the fruits of your labour.  Trust in the Divine and trust in yourself.

Good Afternoon:

Today's discussion is the healing of the body and the impact of what our trauma does to our bodies when we are not moving through energy, emotion and mental thought processes that contribute to stuck emotions in the body.

The reason Equine Therapy has become so popular is because we are opening up to balancing all aspects of ourselves and horses have the capacity to mirror back to us what we are perhaps too busy, or stuck hearing within ourselves.

The balancing comes when we work through our "stuff" in order to live our lives with the purest expression of our Soul's light, love, peace, bliss and joy.  Knowing thyself is the spiritual path and sometimes we need to really slow down in order to hear ourselves.

I discuss that our bodies are always talking to us and we just need to learn to listen and then learn it again and again.

I pray this reaches those that are in need of assistance in healing their physical bodies and how to do it.
