This podcast discusses my difficulties that I have experienced in relationships and how the unconditional love of the God, Jesus, the Universe, Earth Angels, the Divine, Angels, Guides and so on have been the only way in order for me to heal those relationships and understand why I was doing what I was doing and how it came to be.  That without the unconditional love and compassion of all of these spiritual beings I would not have been able to heal.  I give credit where credit is due and I humbly understand my place in this world and how God, even in all my wounding, kept me in on this healing journey.  I often look at my life and realize that perhaps I have no control at all that God had this planned for me and I signed this contract before I was born.  This has been my journey, I was meant to have all these experiences so that I may be of service and fulfill my purpose and I was meant to have this depth of understanding, wisdom and miracles that have actually given me reason to live, which I didn't before.  Only through God can we love a life that we never wanted to begin with.  I thank God for the greatest of all achievements I have experienced through my healing and I pray the same for you.

I speak about the act of rape and the society's normalization of an action that is controlling, overpowering and fearful.  I speak about it from an a place of how shame is a silencer and how difficult it is for people to come forward and speak about it because of the shame.  The truth of the matter is that the weight of shame is not for the person that it happened to, it is for the inadequacies of the perpetrator.  I speak about how our society normalizes it from a Hollywood stand point and that Harvey Weinstein is such a perpetrator.  I talk about it from a chakra perspective and how it affects the victim and what healing needs to occur in order to become whole.

I bring this to the light for discussion so that the shame be lifted and that I may join the many brave women that have spoken out against such a sinful act and the consequences of actions.  From a male/female perspective I speak to it as a way of showing that the emotional consequences of this is because of a lack of a good solid character foundation.  I turn the tables so that men/perpetrators can look at their own emotional failings to hopefully open discussion into the knowing of what is right and what is wrong and how to step into a more vulnerable state of being in order to heal this for themselves.  

I speak about the Divine Feminine and how perhaps there is a lack of vulnerability, softness and compassion within the perpetrator and it is with great hope and faith that there are brave men/women that can speak to the healings required by perpetrators so that the age old act NOT be normalized but to be rightfully rectified in all ways.  So that all victims have a voice, can speak their truth, can give the shame some air a light so that it may be exposed and the weight to be lifted.  To give themselves freedom from disempowerment.

I pray this gives strength to those sitting in shame, the weight of silence and they have the courage to free themselves from being a victim just as other victims have done for me.

I was guided today to speak about horse healing and the journey that I have experienced with the horses.  And how at 50ish years young, I bought my first horse and how I step into healing everyday with these incredible Sentient Beings.

The magic of horses is their incredible energy healing abilities and the consciousness that they bring us to in our everyday lives.  Not only are they masters of energy, they are unconditional loving beings that help us humans in our life journey.  They are truly a gift to us in our lives.

Today I discuss my experiences of spiritual trauma and my journey within that trauma and how it has affected the ancestral line.  I discuss two-factor authentication and how to make yourself spiritually safe, discerning and operating from unconditional love.  Sometimes we need to uncover the darkness in order to become more clear in the light.  When we walk through the trauma then it doesn't have a hold on us anymore.  It is an awakening into our authentic selves when we can heal our spiritual trauma.

Today I discuss the narcissist and empath relationship and my take on labels, deep understanding and our relationship with ourselves.  I discuss the close relationship of between ADD/ADHD and the narcissist from a chakra perspective.  I also talk about how we too as empaths perhaps may have narcissist tendencies in order to protect ourselves and our stories but how we work within our own systems to unravel and unwind those traumas, behaviours and patterns in order to come to our authentic selves.

Being an Empath is a responsibility that we want to honour, to use to the benefit of ourselves and the collective, and in integrity.  With great understanding of our own emotions only then can we understand others, this is what helps us to operate in this world from a place of emotional intelligence and mastery.
