This episode was done with Cecilie Dawes from Food studio, is a vulnerable journey about her journey through food sensitivities, how that shaped her as a woman through travels to Hawaii where she met with people who taught her the natural way to healing from food sensitivity that broke out into illness as she was consuming processed food,
She became lit up by how you could heal naturally, by listening, not just to your body, but the simplicity of staying very close to our natural cycles and nature herself.
Then she became a mother, and found how incredibly confronting it became for her as her own daughter had a difficult journey to her first feedings, this made her understand the importance of her own voice, how food and choices affect us on deeper levels.
She understood how as sensitives our environment shapes us, and how important it is to use our voices and choice to vote for what we want to see in the world.
We talked about the vulnerability around motherhood, and how that also helps us refine our own gift when we allow our sensitivity to become our advantage.
In this talk we gave a voice to what most women go through in their lives through birth and womanhood, motherhood and in making this world a little better for our families.

This is a long awaited Interview which I cannot wait to share with you, with Freddy Silva, since I started in 2018 discovering the lost sites of Portugal after having traveled to many sites in the world, that are on top of the list of high frequency, I was completely unaware of these things, which led me to discover later upon visiting portugal, the deep and rich history that has been suppressed and twisted for many centuries if not millennia's.
I haven't had an episode in a while so here goes, this is for the women struggling to see how to make the journey from asking if they will make it and if they can, I share a part of my personal journey and what I applied ( short snippet of a long journey) in order to break out of patterns of limiting stories, so I could create from a new empowered place,
I wanted to speak openly about the journey into womanhood I had as a 20 year old, raising a child. How that has shaped my journey but also coming into the masculine qualities to hold my feminine. Since I raised my child mostly alone, I had to hold space for his emotions and my own, and I had to learn how to hold not only the household but expand my horizon into more than what I saw in my immediate circumstance.
A lot of the unconscious bounds us to stories that hold us with limiting beliefs, and I learnt that if I kept myself within the framework of those stories I would stay enclosed in them forever. I also learnt I did not have to push and hustle in order to make a life for myself, even if that was what was taught the majority of the journey through motherhood.
I also learnt that the biggest steps we take as we move out of these limiting beliefs are scary and we will feel as if all of our emotions come up to hold us up from doing the very things that will expand us, but that we should do them anyway.
This has now become my work in feminine leadership, I am about to launch a new website and platform, if you want to know more about me check out my instagram or email me at [email protected] for news on the upcoming program I speak of in the video.
Welcome to a new addition to this podcast- my guided meditation - which is an integral part of my space DEVOCEAN, an online live event that happens in a group where we will meet every month to receive support, guided meditations, light language transmissions, appearances of other healing practitioners,
To help and support us through this blossoming as we are purging and releasing a lot of an old structure, and stepping into more of what we really want, what we really crave to feel, embody and share with others.
My intention is to create a sacred container and meeting point where we feel safe, heard, listened to but also where we can feel inspired and uplifted when we need it the most.
Try this meditation if you need more:
relaxation
spiritual nourishment
help to release any burden you carry
open and expand what wants to come through

On this episode of Massive Source Podcast-
we join Alexandra Cachia and I talk about social change through connectedness to self and nature, we dive deeper into intimacy, non sexual touch and the work Alexandra has immersed herself in as a social activist, journeying through her own journey from a point of separation standing for causes, then creating solutions through her participation and creative work for supressed groups and many causes. She finally landed into the deep dive of deep ecology from within, touching upon the grief of being separated from the earth and self, and how collectively we can connect more to eachother, the planet we are currently living on through our nature as a human being- in relation to others and the earth.
ABOUT ALEXANDRA CACHIA: founded in early 2016 by founder Alexandra Cachia from her passion for community and nature. Growing up as an activist and environmentalist, her journey took her through different worlds. From the corporate world to experiencing worldwide travel that eventually led her on inner journey. Through self-development work and her passion to support a more peaceful and greener world, she discovered the world of permaculture.
Her whole journey led her to the understanding that our basic human need of community and connection is the way forward in a happier and healthier world. Based on Joanna Macey's philosophy of Deep Ecology, Alexandra enjoys bringing people together into space that offer safety to be self-expressive, play and develop, while connecting with ourselves, each other and nature.
The events and services offer participants spaces to be their authentic selves, freedom, and courage to step into vulnerability to connect with others, themselves and our natural environment.

On this episode of Massive Source- THE WORK podcast I interview Marthe Alva, founder of " The sacred Woumb festival" in Angsbacka, Sweden.
I talk to Marthe Alva about her road to freedom as the real success, as she had to wake up from chronical illness caused by many years of living in toxic family environments, growing up in a small northern town in the north of Norway. She knew there was a different way, but paving this way forward to healing firstly herself then others, was not a pretty story, it was a wild, radical, at times painful, but mostly created the courageous beautiful strong women she is today.
MARTHE ALVA Alva had her first awakening moment at age 21 when she traveled back to the Womb of Source. This was the shifting point. The Re-Birth. From that moment on she dedicated her life to study Shamanism and to heal. She lived in the Amazon Jungle, became a mother. She has been an apprentice on the shamanic path Twisted Hairs, since 2007.
Walking the Path of the Rainbow Warrior. Educated in Biodanza Heart In Motion, Womb Awakening and Medicinal Aromatherapy. Currently holding various workshops and retreats in Norway, Sweden & Ibiza. Alva a a visionary, a wild & warm woman with a fierce dedication to healing and authentic presence. She is a Dharma Dream Pilot with a driving force to birth a new world in harmony were we touch self, life and others with beauty and make our life a living prayer.

On this episode of THE WORK Interview, I have a honest conversation of what it means to be a woman in this time and age, how we redifine and break down what rising means, when all odds are against you.
How through our personal expression, really saves us through empowering ourselves to take our stories back, changing narrative in a world and history that has put us into labelled boxes for far to long. Adelaide Damoah, shares her voice in a convincing talk on how there need to be created access and visibility into the elitist art world, but most importantly when we realize our own power to create our own platforms, when we break down the barriers that stops us from raising our voices, we become more powerful than ever. We become what was never given to us, and like this, we break free from what seemed to hold us back all along.
Adelaide Damoah (RWA, FRSA) is a British artist of Ghanaian descent working at the intersection of painting and performance within the context of colonialism, identity, sexuality and spirituality.
Of her current performance work, Damoah says:
“I am interested in generating a spontaneous communi(cati)on between myself and an audience using a performance in which I function as a channel by which a recorded history of what was previously known but became unknown in the past becomes uncannily known again in the present, only to become unknown again at the end of the performance..”
Damoah’s current practice involves using her body as a “living paintbrush” to paint or print onto various surfaces. The artist works with photographs and text later in the creation of the work. Damoah was initially inspired by a desire to subvert Yves Klein’s “Anthropometries” series and engage in live performances as the first part of her creative process- body printing and writing. Damoah is interested in the use of recorded history to generate a spontaneous response. Where the previously known becomes unknown and becomes known again. The uncanny- the familiar within the familiar, or the unfamiliar within the familiar. Through her performances, she is the channel by which the previously unknown becomes known again.
