Relationships are the joy in life.

 

Relationships are also the part of life that brings us the most opportunity for forgiveness, self reflection, and growth.

 

And this means we get to stretch.

 

On this episode I go into more detail about sacred contracts with individuals in our lives.

 

Why they matter, and how learning how to remember who they are and who we are will set us free.

 

Free from the bondage of being a victim or being persecuted, and into a person that approaches the chaos with an expanded view of love and connection.

 

I also talk about the fact that this does not set us up to be complacent with abuse- but that it helps us see the reality with clear eyes so that we can move towards the most loving approach to resolve the conflict within ourselves.

 

This episode holds promise to helping you see your own relationships with new eyes.

 

It's in the perception and the compassion and forgiveness that we will set ourselves free to be the highest versions of ourselves.
