After the Universe receives your magnetic vibration of your Heart’s choice, if your present reality is not aligned with that choice your world will begin to change rapidly. The Universe will throw you into a vortex that feels like a spiral as you watch everything in your present reality begin to change. A valuable tool to carry you through is to become an observer of the emotional body and the illusions within the mind as these transitions begin to occur. In this episode I share personal experiences of my transitions and how challenging they were to how I overcame them by surrendering into the present and only listening to the internal guidance from my Heart.

It's hard to articulate into words the sacred medicine the Shamans have gifted us all, but in this episode my beautiful teacher, Susan Staples, takes us on a little journey into their world. As a retired captain for a major airline Susan found herself in a place of deep transition. A health crisis followed by a car accident took her wings as a captain which in turn changed the entire trajectory of her life.
