Two disciples on the road to Emmaus did not recognize Jesus until He broke bread. 

Amid all that is going on today, during these unprecedented times, would you recognize Him?

You may have become desensitized to this greeting, or perhaps taken it for granted. What you may not realize is, every time that we hear this phrase, is that it is actually a promise of life, healing, and joy. Don't we need and deserve these gifts of life healing and joy? More than ever than right now? How is our current circumstance a potential stumbling block to feeling it in our heart?

Tap into the power and meaning of the resurrection to change our thinking about the current world events.

We can absolutely change we live a life connected to Jesus.

Fifth and final week of our message series "Catholic Atheist." How we profess belief in God, but in our actions show that we don't always trust God or act as if he exists.

We’re in week 4 of our message series “Catholic Atheist.” We’re talking about how we profess to believe in God, but then by our thoughts and actions show that we don’t always trust God or act as if he exists.

Impossible? Maybe. Difficult? Definitely. What did Jesus mean by this? Fr. Rich explains that we don’t have to like OR trust our enemies, BUT we do have to be charitable to them- as we are challenged to recognize the value in every person.

So we’re in the 3rd week of our message series that we’ve been calling Catholic Atheist.

We’ve been talking about how we profess to believe in God, but then by our thoughts & actions show that we don't always trust God, or act as if he exists.

In week 1, we looked at how we believe in God, but sometimes, like Adam & Eve, doubt God’s love for us… and even think he’s holding out on us. Last week, we spoke about how we believe in God, but don't always trust in the act of prayer.

Today, we’re going to talk about WORRY.

Worry doesn't feel optional, does it?

Sometimes we feel like we can’t help ourselves!
