This is the wisdom that flowed through my conversation with two of Bali's most beloved spiritual leaders..

In this episode of Born to Be Free, I am joined by Ida Rsi Wisesanatha and Mahā Devī, a High Priest and High Priestess of Bali—guides, healers, and keepers of sacred wisdom. Their devotion to spiritual service is profound, rooted in an ancient lineage where the art of energetic realignment is not just a ritual, but a profound energetic process—one that clears the past, dissolves unnecessary energy, and creates space for true awakening.

Ida Rsi explains that purification is about restoring balance—not just in this lifetime, but even through the unseen imprints of past experiences. It is a process of releasing, of un-skinning the soul, so that we may step closer to our true selves.

Mahā Devī shares how, as a High Priestess, she moves through this work intuitively—feeling the energy of those she guides, sensing where the body and soul are calling for release. Through deep connection, through water, through intention, she guides others back to themselves.

Because ultimately, purification is not about becoming something different. It is about returning to what has always been true. It is already here.

Ida Rsi Wisesanatha (Bali High Priest) is a sociable and modern priest. Ida Rsi became involved in the spiritual world through his work as a meditator in 1981. By 2000, he was deeply connected and guided by nature (the Great Spirit of Bali), holy spirits, and Gods.

Ida Rsi Wisesanatha is the High Priest, Leader and Spiritual Master of the ‘Forum Studi Majapahit’ since 2003. His guidance supports his students who are passionate in serving the people, restoring the spirit of Dharma, and helping people find their way to enlightenment.

Prior to his appointment as High Priest, Ida Rsi started his professional career in a junior role within the hospitality industry, successfully working his way to the top of his profession as President Director of a Hotel Management company.

He continues his role as mentor for several younger leaders of the next generation, inspiring them to be their best selves through growth and challenge.
