The traumas of life can disconnect us from our bodies. When we experience a shock, we rebound out. We live from our heads, or we retreat inward or hide behind ourselves. We have trouble being our authentic selves in relationships or expressing our thoughts clearly in work environments.


Sound vibration is really helpful for breaking up stuck energies to release old patterning and blocks from the body, and it's also helpful for getting yourself back into your body, connected with your core authentic self. 


There are specific sounds which can help us reconnect and anchor into our bodies, regardless of how long ago the traumas occurred. 


In this Meditation & Healing Circle, we work with a sequence of Sacred Sounds to ground into our bodies and become the solid powerful presence that feels natural and on point with who we are meant to be.
