How to Journey
Not all sounds will be pleasant.
Sometimes you might be more awake, sometimes more in a dreamy state.
Feelings will come up.
Breathe deeply, feel into the body, relax and go with what comes to you.
Preparation
Please lie down comfortably with a blanket.
If you have one, use a speaker. Headphones cannot transport the deep sounds as well through the room and a phone speaker will probably not carry much.
Close your eyes.
