The last two weeks have been a whirlwind of work, decorating and parenting. It has been messy, chaotic and amazing all in one breath. But I have felt myself get to the edge of my capacity so here I share how I've supported myself to edge out of that and get abit more energy.
PS- my computer had a blip so there is a small moment where I stop talking and come back. I'll be honest, I don't have the time to edit so deal with 😂.
