When you rush through life you can get totally out of touch with your heart. Our addictions and pain only seem insurmountable when we loose touch with who God is. The "little" daily decisions all add up to determine the overall direction of your life.

When we forgive we bring the kingdom of heaven to earth and people see God in us. Unresolved hurt and unchecked addictive behavior will rob you of what it truly means to live.

What do I feel guilty about? How have those things hurt or affected me? Healing comes when you confess to God and to a trusted friend.

You long to get out of your pain, but you can't seem to break free. You are not alone in that. Open your heart to the only one who can heal and handle your pain. God works in conjunction with our faith steps...no matter how small.

Can we find hope, healing and freedom in a world of pain and addiction? Pain can keep us from living life to the fullest. The seed of healing, hope and freedom is asking for help and admitting we’re not God.
