This week we finish our look at Mental health depression disorder vs the normal human emotional sadness

Too often I see people in therapy that think they are depressed when they are in a state of sadness and some are depressed when they think they are only sad.

In this episode, we look at the differences in self-care and clinical treatment options. Just as the terms of sadness and depression treatment and reactions are not one and the same!
