The South African Democratic Teachers' Union, SADTU is taking Cosatu to court over the ANC affiliate's decision to support the SACP in next year's elections. The teachers' union filed papers with the Johannesburg Labour Court challenging the federation's resolution to support the Communist Party in the general elections outside of the ANC-led alliance.
