What if the lessons you learned as a little girl are the very beliefs keeping you stuck in your coaching business today? 🧠
You were taught to be polite, not talk to strangers, avoid mistakes, do what you're told, and not ask for too much.
But now you're building a business that requires you to be visible, use your voice, make bold decisions, connect with new people, and confidently sell your offers.
In today's episode of Safe To Scale, I'm breaking down 6 childhood lessons that may still be influencing how you show up in your coaching business.
Plus, I'm teaching you my simple CATCH → CHALLENGE → CHOOSE exercise to help you identify old beliefs, question them, and start practicing new behaviors that support your business growth.
Because your business may be run by an adult woman, but some of your decisions may still be influenced by the little girl who learned how to stay safe.
It's time to unlearn what no longer serves the woman and business owner you're becoming.
If you're ready to go full-time in your coaching business.

What if your past experiences are keeping you stuck in the slow lane of your coaching business?
This week, my car unexpectedly broke down on the highway. And when I got behind the wheel again a few days later, I noticed something interesting about how my brain and body responded.
It reminded me of exactly what happens when coaches experience rejection, disappointment, or failure in their business.
🧠 They stop making offers.
In this episode of Safe To Scale, I'm sharing how your brain can use past experiences to predict future outcomes—and how to stop letting those predictions keep you stuck.
Because what happened on Monday doesn't have to determine how you show up on Friday.
It's time to get back in the FAST LANE of business growth. 🚗💨

For the entire month of September, I challenged myself to create and upload five YouTube videos every single week as part of my 9-9-9 Challenge.
And today is September 30th, which means this is officially the FINAL video.
This challenge was harder than I expected. I was creating videos while running my business, serving my clients, homeschooling my daughter, being present with my family, and handling everything else that comes with everyday life.
There were plenty of days when I did NOT feel like recording another video.
But I kept showing up.
And looking back, there are three major lessons I’m taking with me:
PREPARATION — Consistency becomes easier when you stop requiring yourself to start from zero every time you create.
PROFICIENCY — The reps matter. Creating this frequently helped me become faster, clearer, more confident, and much less likely to overthink every piece of content.
POWER — I now have even more evidence that I can make a difficult commitment to myself and continue showing up when it’s inconvenient, frustrating, or simply hard.
I started this challenge wanting to become a more consistent content creator.
But what I gained was bigger than consistency.
I learned how to prepare better. I strengthened my skills through repetition. And I reminded myself that I can do hard things.
So no… I will NOT be posting five YouTube videos a week after this. 😂
But I’m absolutely taking the woman I became through this challenge with me.
If you’ve been overthinking your content, waiting until you feel ready, or struggling to show up consistently in your coaching business, I hope this episode reminds you:
You don’t have to become great before you put in the reps. The reps are part of how you become great.

If you’ve been dealing with brain fog, poor focus, scattered thoughts, low energy, or difficulty getting things done in your coaching business, your first instinct might be to blame your motivation or your strategy.
But sometimes we need to look at something more foundational: Does your brain and body have what it needs to function well?
As a registered nurse turned business coach, I believe building a sustainable business also means paying attention to the body and brain you’re using to lead it.
In this episode of Safe To Scale, I’m walking you through my Brain + Business Blueprint and five areas to consider when supporting your brain health and leadership capacity:
@01:27 🧠 Sleep
Because another productivity hack or marketing strategy isn’t always the first thing you need.
Before you assume your business strategy is broken, ask whether your brain and body have what they need to execute it.
This video is educational and is not a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you’ve ever known exactly what you need to do in your coaching business, but suddenly find yourself overworking, procrastinating, strategy-hopping, people-pleasing, or avoiding selling altogether, your stress state may be influencing how you’re showing up.
As a registered nurse turned business coach, I want to help you recognize what fight, flight, freeze, and fawn patterns can look like while building and selling your coaching business.
In this episode of Safe To Scale, we’ll walk through:
@02:45 Fight — overworking, forcing results, constantly checking analytics, and feeling guilty when you rest
@04:01 Flight — jumping between strategies, niches, and funnels looking for the missing piece
@05:06 Fawn — lowering your prices, overgiving, watering down your message, and people-pleasing
@06:40 Freeze — procrastinating, overthinking, hiding behind backend work, and avoiding visibility
@08:28 Then I’ll walk you through my four-step SAFE Protocol:
S — Stop + Somatic Scan
The goal isn’t to eliminate every uncomfortable feeling in business. It’s to recognize when stress is influencing your behavior, help yourself move toward a more grounded state, and choose your next action more intentionally.
Because your business strategy matters but so does the state you’re in while you execute it.
You can build, sell, and scale from a more grounded place.

If becoming a full-time coach is part of your vision, the question isn't only what do you want?
It's: What are you doing now to build toward it?
In this episode of Safe To Scale, I'm walking you through how to SHIFT into your coaching business full-time.
You'll learn five things you can start doing now to intentionally move from building your coaching business alongside your 9-to-5 toward creating a business that can support your full-time coaching goals.
@01:43 S — SEE your Future Self/Vision
Because your future as a full-time coach isn't something you have to wait until you resign to start preparing for.
Your vision tells you where you're going. Your numbers tell you what it's going to take. Your habits help you keep moving.
It's time to SHIFT.

If you’re working toward consistent $10K months in your coaching business but feel like you’re putting in the work without getting the traction you want, the answer may not be to work harder.
You may need to identify what’s making the climb unnecessarily heavy.
@01:19 ESCAPING- Avoiding the emotions that come with selling, visibility, and uncertainty
@03:52 EXCLUDING- Ignoring the beliefs underneath patterns of procrastination and self-sabotage
@06:47 EMBODYING- Making decisions only from your current identity instead of the woman you’re becoming
@09:43 ECONOMIZING- Using a pricing model that may not support the revenue goal you’re building toward
@11:38 ENTANGLEMENT- Overcomplicating your sales system with too many offers, platforms, and moving pieces
Because growing your coaching business isn’t always about adding another strategy.
Sometimes it’s about removing what’s making the business harder to execute consistently.
You may not need to climb harder. You may need to take some weight out of the backpack.

If you know what to do to grow your coaching business, but keep procrastinating, overthinking, avoiding selling, or distracting yourself when it’s time to take action, there's something deeper happening beneath the surface.
In this episode of Safe To Scale, I’m breaking down how your beliefs, nervous system responses, and business behaviors can work together to either support your sales or keep you stuck in patterns of self-sabotage.
Using a simple tree analogy, I’ll show you how to look at your business from the root up:
🌱 The Roots — Your Belief System
🌳 The Trunk — Your Nervous System + Behavior
🍎 The Fruit — Your Business Results
Because strategy matters. But you also have to become someone who can consistently execute the strategy, even when it feels uncomfortable.
The goal isn’t to never experience fear, rejection, or discomfort again.
It’s to stop automatically letting those feelings make your business decisions for you.
If you’re ready to stop treating the fruit and start doing the deeper work at the root and go full-time in your coaching business.

If you feel nervous, awkward, or start second-guessing yourself every time you sell your coaching offer, you might think you just need to get better at sales.
But what if your confidence starts before the sales conversation?
In this episode of Safe To Scale, I’m walking you through my Treasure Trail Framework™—the 5-step process I use to help my clients uncover their experience, turn it into a clear coaching process, and create an offer they can confidently market and sell.
💎 Trial — Identify the experiences you’ve walked through
Because selling confidently isn’t just about memorizing the perfect sales script.
It’s much easier to sell with conviction when you have conviction in what you’re selling.

If generating sales in your coaching business constantly feels stressful, the answer may not be another sales strategy.
In this episode of Safe To Scale, I’m breaking down the 3 areas I focus on as a registered nurse turned business coach to help women build businesses that can generate sales with less unnecessary stress.
🏠 Belief System — the foundation you’re building from
Because building a sustainable coaching business isn’t just about what you do. It’s also about what you believe, how your business is structured, and how you’re showing up while you execute the strategy.
Let’s build a business and sales process that feels simpler, more sustainable and more peaceful.
