Aloha Loves und welcome back to another episode of the live authentically podcast.
Today's episode is in English and I am so excited to chat with you about one of my favorite topic: safety!
a nervous system that is not balanced can not heal! And when it comes to safety this is non negotiable.
I share with you a deep chat about how I experienced and lived my early teenage years and mid twenties in a toxic sense of feeling safe within me and my relationships. all is a reflection and it's so important to address the fundamental need of safety.
stop blaming your caregivers or society for living out of your wounds. Yes we are all influenced by what is around us and especially who brought us up. but there comes a point in your life where you have to be willing to re-write your story. to accept what is, to breathe through and to let it transform into your new reality.
I was a people pleaser, acting like a good girl, only giving and not truly receiving, and all that has a lot to do with how I experienced life at an early age. I attracted people into my life that were reflecting my unhealthy relationship with myself and co-creating from a toxic place.
my sense of safety used to be being treated badly.
recently I came across my inner safety pattern again. It showed up as i was working deeply with myself, my femininity and my values and boundaries related to others.
underlaying, i caught myself running away from a healthy sense of safety in my relationship, a feeling that was so new to me. In my mind, i was like: yes all this landed for me, i did the work, its here!
it took me many years to cultivate in myself what I now see in my surroundings, in my inner circle and my love relationship. relationships are the place where there is so much healing happening. where some rocks get shaky just to make sure, you are acting and relating in integrity and from a place of true authenticity.
safety is an inside job and healing knows no time. everyone of us has its uniqie timeline and you are exactly where you need to be right now. the place you are now, is where you suppose to be in your journey. and some work you will do for a lifetime, and every now and then there will be a moment of growth, an upleveling of your potential in this lifetime as the human and dharma path you embrace.
life is not a race.
to dive deeper, get your favorite cacao or tea and tune in.
Thank you so much for being part of my community. I adore you!
Much Love
