what it means to be responsible for yourself, responsible for your life, responsible for your emotions, for your trauma, for your childhood, for re-parenting, responsibility at all angles.

And when we take this ownership of our own responsibility of our life, a lot of things start to fall away of different reasons that we can list that are excuses of why it is the way that we are or why our life has led this path or why we've made these decisions or why this person made us do this thing or why we didn't do something that we wanted to do in our life.

DANCE CLASS???? LIKE WHAAAATTT??? I never took dance as a kid nor have I spent much time in a group exercise class haha. i was all about the lifting, running structure of like move for purpose. the past few weeks i have been trying something NEW and it has been dip hop dance classes.... let me tell you i've been learning soooo much about myself from this. ooooff.

As we know...doing things differently helps us shift, grow, & break the grooves of old patterns. and naturally i teach this all of the time of a way to really get to know the parts of yourself that are hidden, subconscious, or what is our soul self. the only way to get to know these parts is getting to know them!! haha. my favorite way is to growth & development is through DISCOVERY & FUN... so this class is unlocking just that for me.
