Lets talk about the stupidity of racism

If you lose perspective, life will not treat you kindly

Do you know how powerful labels are? some of the issues that we face in life are either enhanced or minimized depending on the label we ascribe to.  Lets talk about the power of labels and groups we belong to, we can or should make a difference in our communities irrespective of the labels we belong to

We now live in a Society where there is no reward for Compromise, we are cast aside by our friends, fans, followers & Party when we compromise so there is no incentive to listen. We have moved away from listening & Understanding and we are now hardliners because that is what people around us demand, Compromise has become a dirty word. 

Lets address that today, lets make compromise the center of what we do, lets paint that amazing Mosaic through brining all the shades of our society together metaphorically and lets compromise an amazing picture together through the lost art of listening to each other.

Cvoid-19 has not been the only thing going on in our lives and we would do well to remember that. We need to stay informed, we need to be in the room where policy is made because if we do not get in that room, Politicians will eventually run us down and cause more harm to our kids that we can imagine 

We all need to have a hard look at the systems we have instituted or that we work under, we need to answer this question, Are the systems in place fair to all or are they a tool used to discriminate, exclude or hurt others. We cannot follow systems blindly, the systems are meant to serve people not people serving the system. The time is now, let us undo bad systems, let us start here and now
