David – the Skipper
David is French and was born and raised in the city of Nantes. He received his Master’s degree in International Business and is a fan of the sailing world. On the side he enjoys being physically active by mountain biking, snowboarding, windsurfing and hiking. He has well traveled throughout Europe, touched upon the U.S.A., North Africa and has lived in Ireland, the Netherlands and Brazil.
Bonnie – the Chef
Bonnie is first generation American with Cambodian origins. She is native Californian and was born and raised in Orange County. Her heart remains in Berkeley, a lively college town where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at UC Berkeley. Like David, Bonnie is quite a globe trotter and has lived in Turkey, Brazil, India and France. Her passions lies along yoga, cooking, well-being and teaching English.
David and Bonnie lived together on a 38 feet sailboat in a cute town called Martigues in the south of France. They have knowledge in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Khmer (Cambodian) and are passionate about sailing, traveling, discovering and sharing culture.
