The Saints have made some tough decisions and also some....interesting ones in building out their roster for the 2021 season. I have made some assumptions about what the team is trying to accomplish this year, how I think they'll do it, and my own theory on the approach they will take to give Jameis Winston (the presumed starter) the best opportunity to succeed.
