High Prices are coming.
Listen in.
Today, I discuss the change in market status from a bull to a bear market, and how our standard of living may be getting lowered slowly and without us even noticing.
I am simply here to offer an alternate perspective, and hope I have helped in some small way.
Happy Friday, everyone!
This is why I switched from Engineering to Real Estate Sales.
Enjoy!
Wish you love, peace and joy.
A topic I've been meaning to share for a very long time, and was finally able to sit down and talk about it in a serious, truthful way with no filters (as always). ;-)
Thank you for tuning in.
In preparation for what some call a recession or a depression, its time to change what we value NOW, so that we don't regret our actions later.
With lots of love and appreciation for you tuning in.

If you're considering buying a house, specifically a newer build/preconstruction over a resale or older home, listen to this - I hope it helps shed some light on the pros and cons of the two options and helps you narrow in on one.
Thank you for tuning in.

Here's how we can solve Ontario's housing problem:
1. Make home purchasing requirements to be a minimum stay in the country of 2-3 years.
2. Stop giving new immigrants real estate licenses, and make the requirement be that the student/agent must have a passport before they get a RE license
3. Build outside the GTA and incentivize innovative technologies like modular/prefab homes so that housing communities can be built up over days and weeks, rather than months and years. And, stop building condo buildings. Build out, not up.
Enjoy!
Let's get back on track with podcasting and start sharing ideas and changing the world.
Thank you for being here.

PSA - Sorry for the static - the weather was nice, so I decided to record this episode while walking around in the backyard ---- lesson learned - not again :-(
Ironically, the friction between my jacket and my microphone was too dang high. 😛
Ok, the good stuff:
On this episode, I decided to change things up from an idea I had earlier: to leverage my understanding of engineering concepts and use those to convey a philosophical/life lesson in hopes it may get through better with those who are of the analytical mindset.
I appreciate you all tuning in, and if you could please pardon the static and noise 🙂, I genuinely hope you like this and share it with your friends and loved ones, leave me critical feedback.
Thank you, and happy listening.
