There are chapters and seasons of life when we feel ATTACKED, UNDERMINED, and ALONE.  Through Psalm 34 David encourages us to know that the Lord is ready to DEFEND US, PROTECT US, and FIGHT FOR US.

There are over 100 Christians mentioned in association with Paul in his letters and his journeys (Acts).  Paul mentions 26 people by name in Romans 16 and 10 by name in Colossians 4.  The Bible declares only two things remain forever:  THE WORD OF GOD (Isaiah 40:8) and the SOULS OF MEN (Mattew 25:46).
