We have worked so hard at glorifying work that we are in danger of missing out on God's rest! The key to good, meaningful work is not more work, but rather to remember why and for whom we are working. Join us this week as we embrace the idea of Sabbath from the Lord of the Sabbath, Jesus Christ!

For 6 days, God created something out of nothing. On the 7th, God created nothing out of something. The world will not relinquish its pace and society will not create the day for us. We must make the concisous choice to obey God, and "observe the sabbath and keep it holy." Sabbath keeping isn't about Law, it's about grabbing onto the robe of the maker of the universe and not letting go!

We are stressed and worked beyond the capacity God created us for! Yet, we are never content with what we have? Why aren't we content!? Something is missing! And, what is missing matters! If only there were a rhythm created thousands of years ago that could give us a true hope of regaining a happier, healthier life. We believe there is and that God can lead you to a place of peace & health!
