The product helps, it's a deliverable, it's part of what the execution is, but I think if you look back in our history, we were very known as just product, product, product, product. Sell effectively with third-party persuasion - Adam: "Getting away from that transaction and just telling stories, I think we sell in a third-party way, never telling you what I'm going to be able to do for you, but I am going to tell you about things I've done for other people."
