A sales audiobook like no other.
For too long sales has been too hard for both the seller and the customer: sellers have to sweat too much and customers have to lie too much. It's time for this to stop. Sales Through Service looks at every step of the sales process, turns it on its head, and examines it from the view of the customer. It does this by using four blindingly obvious principles of common sense and focusing on systemizing every step of the way, so customers get consistent and continually improving experiences. As a result they'll want to buy more.

What didnt you like about Guy Arnold and Nicholas Jackman s performance?
It took me a while to get into this book and I continued to get annoyed with the continued pitch for their services and repetitive paragraphs. Literally repeating the same paragraphs over and over. I thought I was going crazy
Was Sales through Service worth the listening time?
Still worth listening to. Needs an update
Any additional comments?
Terrible performance, but if you can get through the repeating paragraphs you will gain some valuable insight into what should be common sense.
Repetitive with nothing new
At one point I thought that I had it on loop it kept repeating itself so much. I only got an hour in and that was plenty
