My mentor, good friend, and client Eric Michael Collins came up with some brilliant ideas to help you gain leverage in your business: a Warm Lead Funnel, and a Referral Funnel.

A funnel is a set of landing pages where you drive your traffic in order to qualify and convert them.

I had a consulting call with Adam Kagan yesterday (https://www.linkedin.com/in/adam-kagan-7b718b63/) and it brought a lot of clarity to my focus for the next months, and how to grow my own business faster. It is much easier for me to help other businesses grow than my own, so this call was very valuable.

If you need some clarity and recommendations on your growth strategy, Adam is a great resource.

In this video I talk about a big source of stress over the last weeks and months: focusing on outcomes, results.

Focus on your strengths, on what you enjoy, and on the process.

The second point I make is that in order to make informed decisions and to prioritize your growth backlog, it is a great idea to gather insights from your actual customers.

Even though we uploaded a ton of what we think are valuable videos, including these DailyGrowth videos as well as a lot of interviews with experts in business growth, it hasn't "moved the needle". So we'll experiment with different options, such as doing a lot more How To (Tutorial) videos, and see what the impact is.
