12.09.2021 - By Rob Deering and Paul Tonkinson
Another miraculously distanced episode, but not quite as communal as the London Marathon, as Rob braves the storm to run a classic route from Manchester, and Paul, once again 'on the bench', makes breakfast. Featuring cormorants and a yellow wagtail, another Hove parkrun report, a couple of heartwarming Christmas tales, a look ahead to Rob's 10k, and painful knees.
