A live stream of our Tuesday evening Dhamma class on September 12, 2017 from Cross River Meditation Center in Frenchtown, New Jersey. The stream begins every Tuesday at 7:15 PM Eastern US time.


Each class will have a twenty minute Shamatha-Vipassana meditation followed by my Dhamma talk and Sangha discussion and conclude with Metta intentional meditation.

Tuesday's class in Frenchtown will be on the The Sallatha Sutta, the sutta on the two arrows. This sutta is a key teaching as it clearly explains what for many is a confusing aspect of the Dhamma. In the teachings on what it means to awaken to The Four Noble Truths.
