Navigating grief can be a difficult journey to conquer alone, especially if you've never done it before. Some think they can bypass pain and grief completely and just skip to joy. Others believe they don’t deserve joy amid so much loss. Joy is not something that must be earned or can only come as result of a prior effort, and grief is not something that needs to exist in a vacuum and consume every waking moment of your life.

Today, we're joined by Sally Douglas and Imogen Carn, hosts of the popular podcast Good Mourning where they both shine a light on what grief is really like with honesty, hope and humor.
