Tyler is sharing so much, including how to be comfortable with your pricing model and great ways to have these conversations with your guests!  Here is the formula we discussed in the podcast:

service/time = $ per minute  Example Haircut price is $85 and takes 45 minutes, divide 85/45 =$1.88=your price per minute

To determine your hourly worth take the $ per minute and multiply by 60 example above numbers $1.88 x 60=$112.80 

National average is $1 per minute for a haircut  

Color should be at least .20 cents higher per minute to factor in the cost of goods to perform the service!
