Salsamentary

Since 2005, couples from around the globe have competed for first place at the World Salsa Championships.

We follow two couples from Philadelphia, and one couple from the Netherlands, in their attempt to be the world's best from their respective divisions.

Chapter 1 - Salsamentary Intro, Interviews with Albert Torres, Rob Beiner, Abel Pena, Zulmara Torres, Oliver Pineda, and Luda Kroitor, Roberto Arenas, Marie-Josee Strazzero.

Chapter 2 - Meet Darlin Garcia and Kathleen Eccleston (on1 division) from the Dominican Republic and Cherry Hill, NJ / Philadelphia, Pa

Chapter 3 - Meet Taiti Walter and Cristel Beijkirch (on2 division) from The Hague, The Netherlands and Curacao.

Chapter 4 - Meet Victor Colon and Sonya Elmore (cabaret division) (Puerto Rico and Russia and Philadelphia, Pa)

Chapter 5 - Interviews at the All Star Salsa Cruise - Griselle Ponce, Yesenia Peralta, Ismael Otero (Caribbean Soul), Burju Perez (Hacha y Machete), Ana Massicot and Joel Massicot (Ritmo Masacote) about competitive salsa dancing.

Chapter 6 - Sonya's ankle injury with "So You Think You Can Dance" (top 4) finalist Heidi Groskreutz

Chapter 7 - The couples arrive in Las Vegas and meet with Salsa Seven member, Albert Torres, to discuss the competition.

The Last Minute Qualifier begins for all walk-on dance couples - on1, on2, and cabaret.

Chapter 9 - Semifinals Registration, South Point Arena with John Narvaez and Liz Rojas, (3rd place 2005 on2 division.)
