Morning Light talks with the Executive Director of Mission at St. Augustine’s at the University of Idaho, and author of the book “The Catholic Company Man”- Eric Meyer! Today, Eric brings us a special guest - #31 from the Vandals football team - redshirt junior defensive back - Mathias Bertram from Albuquerque, N.M.

Morning Light visits with Dcn. Gene Fadness, Editor of the Idaho Catholic Register, about the latest edition hot off the press.  Stories of interest center around the recent ICYC event, answering the tough questions about euthanasia, news stories from all corners of the Diocese, and of course The Back Pew - as we learn more about Saint Mary of Egypt.

Dr. Kevin Vost joins Morning Light today to moderate our Catholic Book Club segment.  We highlight his latest book “What Is God?” available through Catholic Answers.  When we hear the name of St. Thomas Aquinas, some of us may feel inadequate to understand the subject matter…but Dr. Vost is able to break it down for the ordinary person to understand.

During our weekly sacred music segment, Morning Light welcomes Cathryn Gardner, Music Minister from Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Boise, talking today about “Psalms”
