Our podcasts are a week late this summer, but we still wanted to share our thoughts and reflections with you.

At the beginning of our first week of camp for the 2024 summer, Rachel leads the staff in a short discussion about our awesome group of 36 campers. The themes are CHILDISH and SHOW, and our first night was filled with getting to know each other, a puppet show, building an ice cream truck, and importantly, no casualties!

Q&A and reflection at the end of the week, and this time the staff are joined by all of the campers to wrap up the week.

We survived the storm! After a lovely night of inside project work (and occasional lightning gazing - we have a cool view from up here on the hill) we're back to talk about scrolling video games, and polished worship music vs. unpolished.

During SnackCast Cafe, a few campers join Hunter, Preston, Rachel and Hannah to discuss the events of the day, starting with highlighting a few of their favorite battles across the map of Butler Springs at HORNS. Then, the Capitalize campers discuss inflation and rising prices in their lemonade businesses as resources become scarcer. Hunter, Preston, Rachel and Rachel (confusing, we know) sit down to discuss how the themes are developing just before the halfway point in the week. For the first half of the episode, we discuss the Middle Schoolers and their quest to CAPITALIZE on selling lemonade and iced lattes. Then, we discuss the High Schoolers and their HORNS, as they march across the map winning battles.
